Can I just say I'm quite new to you lot at rootschat and can't believe all the info and help you can find here,on looking around parish church & graveyards lo & behold I find a headstone  that relates to my scottish side  that goes back 7 generations.it made my day !!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Dolly I  haven't always had it that easy I still have problems on some of my lines I'm trying to follow.I've found alot of the info on another site but Idon't think you can beat this site for the friendly helpfull info people give and I don't just mean with me ,reading anywhere on this site people are very obliging,and Ive passed this site on to another 3
