I think the Monaghans and Carberrys discussed above are also my ancestors.  My grandmother was Catherine Ann Monaghan and her mother's maiden name was Carberry. She lived for some time in Tow Law and then in Wolsingham The gravestone for Catherine is in the Church yard at Usher Moor, County Durham.  She died in 1935, 12 years before I was born.  She had 9 children, including my father - the youngest.  He went on to have 9 children, myself being the youngest.   My grandfather used to say that he "came from Monaghan and married a Monaghan".  I got the impression that her family also came from Monaghan.  I have a photo of her when she was about 4o+/-years old.

Don't know if this will help in your search for Carberry family, but I was in Dover, New Hampshire in the summer and took photos of graves of people from Monaghan and Armagh. Here is a picture of the grave of Patrick Carberry, wife. The cemetery is Old St. Mary, Dover, New Hampshire.
