Ozybob would it be possible to find a full address for this F Gould in Appin "Sarah Pl Appin 2560" or is that the full address, Not being in this position before I think it might be more appropriate to write to him, is this right or wrong thing to do (dunno)?

Just Google Earthed Sarah Pl (looks very nice).
