Do you think they may be in Dorset in 1901??? I also cannot see any of them  :(  Hiding from us

Thanks Jane.

That does look very promissing. I know there were family links with that part of the country much later. My mother was born at Sturminster Marshall but went to the girls grammar school at Guildford. I don't have the birth certificate, only those for marriage and death. I think it worth sending for this one.

I have looked on wildcards for Edward G and Rose E and the parents, also looked on the mothers maiden name just in case  ::)  I have looked at Wilkin, Walkin and zilch  :-\

Ok  Now looked at the census for Merrow at Lower Lodge is Samuel Watkins 87 retired dom coachman, with wife Mary and son Samuel groom, will keep looking

Jane, Samual Watkins aged 87, Is that the 1901 census?

Newfy, Thanks for joining in. I new my grandfather Edward G. and my Great Aunt Rose, but Thomas Henry was unknown to me.
