Help, how do I capture image from web please?

I have found some ancestors on the immigration site for the USA ( Ellis island) it's free to search and I can print off the passenger record which gives very limited information, I can enlarge the ships manifest but I can't print it, if i right click I ge tthe message this action is disabled, and I've tried pressing all sorts of combinations for print screen - nothing, I don't want a fancy certificate just a normal print out, any ideas , I do understand they want me to order the nice cert but it's not a direct line
I've also got a sticking keyboard which is driving me nuts so please excuse the missed keystrokes!

Some of these pages are disabled so you can't print them.  You could try opening a word document, then going back to the ships manifest and copy and paste into the word document.

Press Ctrl & Print Scrn, then open Word or your graphics program & then Paste. Then you can print as you would any document or picture.
Click the Full Screen button first, to avoid getting the tool bars on your image

oh no, I spoke too soon,
it only captures a bit of the image.

I did "full page" first and then ctrl and prt scrn,
then paste in word

I use Screenhunter 5.0 this is free, if you google for Screenhunter and download it its great for getting things from the web.
