woodhead st,new ferry

Hi,
does anyone out there remember woodhead st, new ferry?
i vaguely remember it, i know there were small roads that ran off it, my nan and g.gran lived in one, think it was called "seaview", i would love some info on it if poss. ::)

there is a car park there now but it is still called woodhead st.

i remember walking down there with my nan when i was very small, and she told me there were stables there were the horses were kept, it's the back of quick save now.

does anyone know were i could get info and pictures of the place? :-\

also there was a church on the corner of bolton rd, were the carreirs office is now, don't know the name of the church, if anyone knows, please let me know! all i remember about is that it used to frighten me to death!! it was so eirie looking. :o
