Birth & Marriage Lookup - Coombes

This is a long shot that my family might have been in the Channel Islands, hence my inability to find them elsewhere!!

Looking for a marriage between Frederick William Coombes and Ethel Maud Rogers.  Ethel was born 1889 so perhaps dated between 1907 to 1919? 

Also looking for the birth of their daughter Lucy Mabel who was born 3rd October or November 1919 (dob given on her death certificate and also confirmed on the allocation of her National Health Number in 1939)
