Electoral Roll Lookup 1920 Tongham please

Hello,

My ggg grandfather Henry Kingston Goater died at 1 Aden Villas, Tongham in July 1920. The witness on his death certificate was his cousin Kate Brewer.

I am trying to find out who was living at the address at the time of Henry's death in the hope that it might help me make a small hole in my huge brick wall.

A kind person on GR has suggested that the electoral roll will be held at a Surrey library or at the Records Centre and I wondered if anyone was planning a trip whether they could do a lookup for me.
