Help decypher Census handwriting - COMPLETED

Hi,

Here's an extract where the enumerator seemed determined to abbreviate every name. First, third and last appear to be Charles, William and James.  It's the second one I'm unsure about.  Ancestry transcription suggests Jno.  Maybe it's John, but why would that be abbreviated to Jno?

Jno is the standard abbreviation for John - honest!

It certainly looks like that.
