John ROWE - Cuby or Ruan Lanihorne?

 I am trying to locate the parents and siblings of a John Rowe, believed to have been born in Ruan Lanihorne on 26.10.1805.
 
Parish records for Ruan Lanihorne do not have a record of John's birth or baptism. The closest match found was to a John Rowe baptised 26.9.1815 in Cuby to William and Jane Rowe. I as curious to whether this is my John as their is a similarity in the date given for John's birth and Cuby is also located close to Ruan Lanihorne. It is possible that he was born in one of the towns and baptised in the other.

My John Rowe married Julianna Long on 26.12.1829 in Wenhope (Gwennap). I would like to hear from anyone connected to the Cuby Rowe family to see if they have any information on the John baptised 26.9.1815 in Cuby that may assist in my investigations.
