Kent newspaper death notices

Could some kind Rootschatter please let me know what newspaper would print the death notice of my aunt who died in 1991 in Thanet District General Hospital. Her usual address was in Ramsgate, Kent.

Margate Library should be able to help.  They are at a temporary location at present but you never know:
