No, just the two parties, parish if other than otp, and widow/widower, if these extra details are shown

Hi  G A R and Stonechat

Been to the records office today and didn't find Mary Ives in Hemmingford Grey 1825 plus a few years either side.  Didn't have time to do Ellington.  Might try again if I go again later in week.

Found Jane Bull in Godmanchester feb 9th 1794 daughter of Joseph and Sarah

The wife actually did the look ups while I did my Shepherds.  She found loads of Bulls in Eynesbury if anyone is interested.
Regards
Dave

Thanks Dave, I appreciate your time and your wife's effort to find Mary. I wonder if she was in fact born in Hemmingford Abbey? (It can wait)

I look forward to news of Rhoda in Ellington/Ellingtonthorpe.

cheers,
g a r

Lady at records office says no Ellingthorpe, just Ellington.  Can't promise another visit as it's hours drive from Ely.  A14 gets gridlocked. Will have to persuade the wife with a days shopping. what a sacrifice.
regards
Dave

Although the IGI only has Godmanchester marriages 1813-1872 according to Hugh Wallis's website
I found a marriage for Joseph Bull and Sarah Fisher 03 MAY 1779      Godmanchester, Huntingdon, England

This is from batch M135371 not listed on Hugh wallis's website

Hey GAR

No Ives at all in Ellington 1825 + / - 20 years.  no time to look at Hemingford Abbotts.
