I am researching my partner's Cory ancestry in Cornwall and have traced the line back to William Cory who was born in 1708 in St Gennys, Cornwall. He possibly married Mary Wood in Altarnun on 16 April 1730.

Unfortunately, I don't have a clue who William's parents were. Can anyone help?

you could try emailing the online parish clerk for the parish to see if she has a record.
