In the Family History Library Catalogue,many of the records that I happen to want at the moment have this in the notes: "No circulation to family history centers."
What does this mean?

Sounds as though these are items which can not be ordered for you to look at in your local LDS library.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
