Thank you all for the information that you have kindly provided. Since my initial enquiry (2007) I have  found some of the results already, however, the responses have provided a number of further insights and answers and are very much appreciated.

PS - David - Yes, thank you, I had in the meantime read the mentioned wills. Rebecca's is interesting in that it appears to show something of a family 'rift', in as much that it appears to specifically exclude Eliza's husband. This would tie in with the fact that Eliza and William separated not that long afterwards!
PPS - Ian - I imagine that 'Mr Gray's grave' refers to the children's father. He died at Bath in April 1847 but, to date, not been able to find a burial record for him.
