Looking for Terence Martin and family b. Ireland around 1792. By 1861 he was in Grey County  but in 1851 possibly Ontario County.

 JOHN, male, 31, b. Ireland, Bapist, merchant, married
 ?RACHEL, female, 23, b. Ireland, married
 WILLIAM, male, 3, b. Canada
 ROBERT, male, 1, Canada

 
 PHILLIP, male, 30, b. Canada, labourer, married
 ?SARAH, female, 27, b. Canada, Methodist, married
 MARY, female, 8, b. Canada, Methodist
 ELIZA, female, 5, b. Canada, Methodist
 CHARLOTTE, female, 2, b. Canada, Methodist


Also found - Federal Census of 1871 - MARTIN, JOHN, male, 52, b. Ireland, Presbyterian, origin Irish, farmer, District Grey South (036), Sub-district Glenelg (F), Division 2, Page 24  (I question if this could be the same John, as the one in Whitby was a merchant.)

So far, no Terence.

 Do you have any middle names, birthdates, etc. that could help in the search?
