well, I had a go as well cos I don't normally do groups...and now I know why, it takes AGES  :o
not quite sure how to do the icing doves on the cake, they are certainly something...err different!

pps... well done Sheila  restore is good and the colours are coming along great  8) when the penny drops you wonder why you couldn't get it before.

Trying to strip the hand painting is definitely not easy!

Does anyone else think the cake looks like its made from Kryptonite or something equally luminous? It manages to light the whole room on its own  8)

I'm sure in reality the cake was absolutely superb, must have taken hours to ice it.
Unfortunately trying to remove the paint from the flowers and bring up the colour of the bride's  coat to a cream makes the cake  erm... shine a bit  :o 8)
