I know there are lots of you here with coastguard relatives but i wanted to say that i too, have one now. Just found him yesterday!!!

George Smart was stationed at Ringwould Oldstairs Kent.
I found him while looking for a different family member, on the 1871 census. I've looked at Genuki and found his name in the list of coastguards. I'm looking forward to finding out more about him and his occupation. Poli.
