I've looked at marriages 1902-1916
Nothing obvious, only 'possibles' are a Gertrude E in Fulham in OND 1910 and a Gertrude E in Braintree in OND 1911

Looking at the further info that has been found these could only be her if they married another Francis!

Cant find Ann or Gordon's birth under Francis - looks like she married 1920-26 then

Only Gertrude E marriages in that date range are
1) to  Teal in JAS 1923 in Rugby
2) to Godwin in 1926 in Hereford

But ... no birth for Ann Teal or Godwin in 1926 or of Gordon Teal or Godwin in 1930

so they dont look very likely

I would suggest, Binge (are you keeping up with all this by the way?) that you send for a cert for Hilda or Kenneth to see if Gertrude was single or married then, and if a father is given
and also to go back to your sourse of these births to see if anyone knows the surname of Ann or Gordon at birth
