1841 David/John/William Lloyd please
« on: Wednesday 27 June 07 08:08 BST (UK) »
Looking for my wife's ancestors.

I am informed that David Lloyd (b c1808 Langadog) William Lloyd (b c1813) and John Lloyd, all living in Coedfranc, Skewen in 1871, were brothers, born in Carmarthenshire.

I believe their father was Hugh, and their grandfather was Evan John, but no more details of them.

I have found David in 1851 (as Floyd) in Cadoxton, Neath, with wife Elizabeth and several children, but I can't find any of them in 1841. Can anyone help please?

(I also understand that Phil Mustoe is a relative)

Thanks again, that's great
(But I did look for the other family members too! Still missed them) Didn't think of Alis either.

I have now been informed that Evan Lloyd died in 1802, and Hugh in 1839, so I can't expect to find them in any census!

Hugh states he was from Llandilo Fawr in his marriage.
This looks like his Fathers burial in 1802 you mentioned

Burials Llandilo Fawr
Evan John Lloyd

Are these parish records available online? Otherwise, where can I find them?
Thanks
