LDS is LatterDaySaints (Mormons) whose website is www.familysearch.org.
I couldn't find anything for Minna but as you said it's probably listed as Wilhelmine so maybe that's why I missed it.
Not sure which Minna you can't find. In 1880 Census she is un-named child under 1 year. Mother listed as Dorthea Wilhelmine.

My uncle was Danish- his father Jensen & mother Christensen- and I was able to trace them so more unusual name like Eskildsen is much easier.

If you are searching Danish records also search under Schou just in case they are listed that way. Also Wilhelmine also written as Vilhelmine.

Thought it was interesting that Dorthea Wilhelmine's birthplace given as Hamburg- that might be another place to search.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
