1871 SUSSEX LOOK UP PLEASE

I have had the family of Stephen George MASTERS located in Bedminster, by some of you kind folk. However I can't find HIM. In 1871 he was 3.
I believe his mothers maiden name was CLARKE. Is there a CLARKE family in Bedminster with a little boy called Stephen George MASTERS living with them?

Thanks for looking .Yes this is his family.
I had this info sent to me by Heather D a few days ago.
It's the son, Stephen George MASTERS I can't find.
He was born in 1868 in Bedminster and he is with the family at the same address as the rest for 1881. Perhaps they forgot him in 1871!

I just wondered if he was staying with relatives, maybe grandparents...then I might get a lead on them.

Hi  again Nellie,
Sorry for giving you repeat information.  I couldn't find  any Stephen Masters of the right age in Somerset.  Do you  think Arthur G age 3 could be Stephen G? Arthur isn't there in 1882.  I know it seems a bit wierd but perhaps he was known as Arthur and on that census appeared under this name (my mother in law has always been known by a name which is neither her first or middle name). Just a thought.  Jan

I reckon you are right. thinking about it...that old handwriting is hard to decipher and I reckon that Stephen could be read as Arthur.
