I have a John Ellis in my family tree who was a gypsy from somerset. He married elizabeth morley in berkshire. Elizabeth was related to a wealthy family and subsequently was disowned when she married john.
Does anyone know how i can try and trace john. He was born early c1787, so the censuses do not really help.
