Can't seem to find anyone with those names in Ontario (Province) or County.  Are you sure they came to and settled in Ontario?

I have just checked the LDS Family Search 1881 census and see a Constantine Martin ( of the right age ) with wife Cathrine, both from Ireland, complete with a large family. Are these the people you seek?
They were living at Carden, Victoria North, Ontario
