Hi there

Not good news I'm afraid. I cannot see the birth of a Josef Ball around 1876. I searched from 1867 to 1878 with no luck.

Something struck me as I was looking as I thought that it was strange that Percy was born in 1876 as well. So I pulled up the 1901 Census record. Whilst the index has been written as Josef I think if you look carefully at the original record it is in fact Percy. It's just been transposed incorrectly.
