!901 Census Frank and Sarah Ann Cooper

Can anyone find this family for me please.
Frank Cooper b 1867 Sheffield m Sarah Ann Strickland bNewton Lancs 1870
In the 1891 census they were living with John and Elizabeth Strickland with children Eleonor and Sarah E.
No sign of them in 1901 census.New pair of eyes needed to look

Theres a death on FreeBMD

Frank Cooper 1893 Dec qu 9c 296 Sheffield wonder if he died and Sarah Ann remarried. Frank was 27 when he died,which fits with the 91 information

Yes the death ties in with the dates I've got but I cant find as yet Sarah's remarriage or any of the children who would still be Cooper.I know this is not always the case and after a remarriage the children often took on the step fathers name.

This may be a bit of a long shot but here goes 

I can see 2 Sarah COOPER marriages in Sheffield between DecQ 1893 and MarQ 1901, they are,

Sarah Ann COOPER  MarQ  1896  Sheffield  v.9c  p.475
other names on page
Thomas William GILMOUR
Joseph PAGDIN
Caroline SMITH

Sarah Ann COOPER  MarQ  Sheffield  v.9c  p.631
other names on page
Annie Eliza LOVETT
Henry ORANGE
James William ORMISTON


Now in 1901 I can see Joseph PAGDEN with wife Caroline and 2 young children in Attercliffe Cum Darnall.

There is a married Annie E ORANGE born Sheffield with 2 young children in Nether Hallam.

There is a James W ORMISTON with wife Sarah A (both born Sheffield) in Nether Hallam but she is only 20.


So I'm left with Sarah Ann COOPER + Thomas William GILMOUR,  I can't find them anywhere in 1901 but I did find this death,

Sarah Ann C GILMOUR   age:28   MarQ  1898   Sheffield   v.9c  p.375

Could this be your Sarah  I think only her marriage cert could prove it

Thank you so much for going to all this trouble.It certainly seems feasible  but what a tragic set of circumstances for poor Sarah.
I think I've found marriages for both children in 1912 and 1914 respectively and hopefully they had more luck than their Mum but as you say only the marriage certificate will tell.
