Hi Marion

You really need to rescan this pic at a minimum of 300 ppi and also scan it as a colour photo (even though it's a black and white).  If you have any problems please refer to the scanning tutorial at the top of the board.

I've had a quick play but the photo is very badly pixelated (lots of blocks of shading), because it is a low resolution scan.
