Sorry about the delay, but only just got in. This is from the 1851 census, Piece 1575, Folio 65, Page 48. She is down as James, but it is quite clear that the first letter is not J.
I also thought it looked like Lenah, but beware wishful thinking!

If she was 6 in 1851 she was born 1845ish

First impression to me was Lenah.

PS: have now looked on FreeBMD and there is a Lena Rose ARTUS b 1898 Gloucester, and a Lena R ARTUS married 1919 in Tetbury, male on page is Robert S HUSSEY - any connexion?
Thanks JAP. Lena Rose was born in Minsterworth, and I am related to all the Artus names there.
