St Erme anyone live there?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone lives in St Erme and could tell me whether there is a property there by the name of Glenview. It would probably be a house built around 1900.
I'm going to Truro on Thursday and could make a short detour  to take a photo if the house still exists.
