Birth lookup please Basil Thomas Richard Scruby

For the life of me I cannot find the brith index for Basil Thomas Richard Scruby.

His parents were Basil Scruby and Olive M K Dixon.  They were married in the 4Q of 1933 (interestingly Basil had just been widowed in the 3Q of 1933!)

I founf a birth annoucement for Basil and Olive of Stafford House Harlow Essex stating they had a son in 1935.  But I cannot find the birth on the indexes. 

Help please!
