I Have not come across either of the names yet ,if I do I will let you Know,most of my Cobbys come from Littlehampton and surrounding areas
But will keep my eyes open for those names

You are right Charlotte had step children,very confusing family as the all seem to marry there step relations,
But I found them all now

Just to complete the info, here are the entries for your families from the 1841 census:

all born in county

three houses futher down the same page:

Frank Cobby age 60 ag lab
Charlotte do age 60
Frank Cobby age 30 ag lab
all born in county

So was Charlotte married to James in the first household, or was she his daughter ? Strange that the two young Cobby girls were living with the Row family. I wish you luck with this one.
