There are several births to Blown families between 1881 and 1891 in the right area.   Have you looked for William and Jane on 1891 census?

hello Jan,

Unfortately I can only find the family in 1881, seemed to have disappeared in 1891 unless the spelling is wrong. There is more than one Blown family so difficult to sort the children out.

Just to give us a clue was William born approx. 1849 and Jane 1855?

I can't find them in 1901 for now but they must be somehere - it seems Rose Isabel marries in the Eastry registration district in 1912 ...
