Death on board ship
« on: Tuesday 24 July 07 19:17 BST (UK) »
If an emigrant dies on board ship, in which country would the death be registered? The country of origin, destination, wherever the ship was registered, or whichever country it was nearest to at the time of death?

I'm assuming records were kept!
