1881 and 1891 Lookup please Ellen Souter

Hi,
Could any clever person please find Ellen Souter in 1881 or 1891 from marriage in 1896 she lived in Penge Surrey until her death - birth year calculated from marr. cert. would be 1875 father John Souter labourer.
In 1901 she is marr. to Harry Reed living Penge
Source RG/652  f.16  p.24  Penge, Surrey her birth place given as Kent Gravesend. I do think she may have been miss transcribed her descendants think she was a gypsy and are trying to find a gypsy link. Any help gratefully appreciated. :)
