I am seeking information about Arthur Thomas Thatcher who was born in lambourn in 1874. His mother was Annie Steptoe. He lived in Abingdon and took on his fathers business of threshing machines. Can anyone help me in my search? I already have every census, apart from 1901, which he appears on.
