OH NO accidentally deleted ALL messages!

I've just this second accidentally deleted ALL of my rootschat messages!

I ticked two to delete, clicked on "delete" instead of "delete selected" (I THINK that's what I did) - anyhow they're ALL gone, and I wanted to keep them  :'(

I there any way I can get them back?

Can anyone help please?

Thanks Arranroots I'll do that. Though it's not the end of the world that I deleted them, I do refer to them occasionally.
