BOWLER/PARSONS marriage lookup St Michaels Bath please

Could anyone give me the details of a marriage which I have found on the IGI please.

It is the marriage of John Bowler and Ann Parsons in June 1809. 

I have found a John Bowler in 1841 who was born outside Somerset, I am trying to ascertain whether he is the same John Bowler who married Ann Parsons; therefore it would be useful to know parish for the above and witnesses if possible.

Both bride and groom were of Bathwick parish.
