Seeking info on William HILLIAR born abt 1766, Somerset & his wife Ann. Possibly be living in Horsington

cannot find a william but there is a ann born about 1766 living in charlton horethorne,somerset

Now this is the only likely I see. Adult ages were rounded down in 5 year lots therefore William stated he was born between 1767 and 1771. I see Luke's parents were Thomas and Ann (IGI) so presume William was some other relative.
