Hi

You might want to check out the Wiltshire resources page on the Wiltshire board on rootschat http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/board,40.0.html as that may have links to some online parish records.

You could also try www.wiltshirebmd.org.uk for Births, Marriages and Deaths in Wiltshire, although this is incomplete at the moment it is still very useful.

The largest single collection of parish record indexes on the internet is the IGI
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=igi/search_IGI.asp&clear_form=true

This site will give you some idea as to what is available on the IGI for Wiltshire - although it is a little dated
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=igi/search_IGI.asp&clear_form=true

I find the familyhistoryonline a good site for parish records - you can search free of charge, so if nothing is found - no cost. it also has details as to what records are available
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=igi/search_IGI.asp&clear_form=true

For specific parishes, try googling the parish name

In most cases you are only going to find indexes and/or transcriptions online. For original records or film of same you usually have to visit Records Offices and/or Family history centres
