Valuation Rolls for 1912-13

I would be grateful for any links that would give me access to 'valuation rolls for 1912-13' for information about  5 Panmure Place Edinburgh, who lived at that address at that time ect,  or was  it a Church Home at that time?

Could be on wrong board, Panmure Place is in Edinburgh, Midlothian.

My geography is hopeless ;)
I was posting to help a friend who in turn is helping a 94 year old who is visting here from Canada to find out more about her 'roots'.
I found a link here in Roots Chat  re archives in Edinburgh  and gave it to my friend. She then emailed them and I have just been informed tonight that she recieved a reply to her email via a phone call with all the information she wanted.

Many thanks for replying to my post its was much appreciated.
