Where in Kilmartin?

I am trying to locate Brenphort and Glencharn (or Glencharm) in the parish of Kilmartin but have not seen them on any map. I assume they could be crofts which no longer exist but if anyone has any information about them I would be very interested especially to be able to locate them.

Hello sylvia,

Thanks for the reference - what a lovely photo with wonderful views of the islands.  I wondered whether Brenphort might have been a coastal crofting settlement.  I have no idea about Glencharn - the family moved from Glencharn to Brenphort.
