Looking for information on John and his family

John was married to Esther Stevenson nee Service

A farmer in Ballysavage Donegore

surviving children up to 1870 were
William John
Alexander
Joseph
Andrew
Kitty(Catherine)
Rachel
and Esther

so there could be more, John could have been married twice with William ,Alexander and Joseph from the first marriage...but I am not sure

Can anyone help please

Oh Thank you so much Jim for all that information.....

It is a new link for me and I am not sure when this family are connected to mine.....But believe they are also connected to other people also looking for the Stevenson's

Think Esther was born in 1844 Donegore area and most of the children must not be hers then.....which makes more sense.

And those book sources ,you have thrown up a few new ones...thank you.... ;D on my next trip I will look them up.

Any ideas are always welcome,as they can always give you another angle to follow.
