Birth Cert for Alderney

I am looking to find out where to send for a birth cert for a baby born  1859 on Alderney.
In 1861 she is living in Portsmouth Hampshire with her aunty and family. Down as ANNIE BROWN  age 2
in 1871 still with same family but  down as Annie EARWICKER age 12 .
I think her dad was James Earwicker.( Seaman )  He is living in the same household and down as a widower. 
Any help would be great

Registers of births and deaths in Alderney from 1850, and of marriages since 1886, are preserved in the Registry for Births, Deaths, Companies, Land and Marriages.  You should write to the Registrar's Office, The Court House, Queen Elizabeth II Street, St Anne, Alderney GY9 3TB.  The phone number is 01481 822817.

Alternatively, Mrs E. Mignot has transcribed all the island's entries.  You could write to her at 88 St Martins, Alderney GY9 3UB.
