If you do your first search for a known name and find the right one then you can click on the batch number at the bottom and that takes you into that film.   If you then just fill in parents' names you will get a list of their children - if they were also baptised there.  Similarly if it is a marriage just using the surname will show possible other family members for whichever surname you put in.   Does not always work but helps more often than not.   You can also vary the batch number up and down one and sometimes get more entries.
If you live near an LDS centre it is well worth getting the film of the parish you want and searching it as that will have burials on it and they help a great deal in the wider picture.
