Thanet RD 1851 printed index.

Hi all,

From a previous post Casalguidi kindly advised the following:-

"There is a printed (surname only) index to the Thanet RD 1851 census. It was printed by the IHGS, Northgate, Canterbury but I expect it is long out of print. I think there was somebody doing look ups from it on the The Kent look-up exchange at "Jo's genealogy page".

Does anybody have access to this and if so can you find
Dadd(s) on it for Ramsgate.

I am searching for two Henry William Dadd(s) , father and son-b-1840

The index gives only surnames, Parish, piece & folio numbers... no individual names or families..

I can also see them in 1841, HO107/469/4  f.20  p.32, let me know if you need the details.

Sorry i should have said, i have tracked Henry william through all the census now.

Thanks for your help anyway.

As for James, I found him in 61, 81 and 91 but no others.
William found in 51 & 61 but no others and
Thomas found in 61, 71, 91 and 01 but not 1881.

Will keep trying though,
