Anybody else researching these family names from County Cork?

From the IGI
Nicholas Stout married Elizabeth Morley in 1812.
Church of Ireland

Who I suspect are some of their children ended up in Ontario, Canada but I cannot bridge the family back to this couple and cannot find out anymore on this couple either.

It seems the name NICHOLAS STOUT was not unique and so not sure who is who anyway as a few are found in Griffiths.
