I used the age given for Aaron`s death entry, I`m not sure how accurate that would have been but it would have made his birth year c1790, this is the best match I could find on the baptism index:-

The groom and William TOVEY are bound in the sum of £200.  To marry at Westerleigh

I don't think this is the same Aaron Tovey. I believe this is earlier.
