Hello everyone

I think my gg grand father was born in the IOM, only I don't know where to look for his birth registration.  His name was Vincent Collins born 1866.

Could somebody please tell me where I can find this info.  I have tried Ancestory but no luck.

IOM    births   not   at    GRO   England      &    not    on    line    except     Brian    Lawsons    site    www. lawsons.ca
but    this    includes   registered   births   only    &    yours   not   listed.   Compulsory   registration   in    IOM
after    1878.   Your   only   hope   is   a    baptism.   CE   on   familysearch----  but   many   Manx   baptisms  not
included .
