I have had a reply from an archivist in the Colwyn Bay area who wrote that Samuel Clucas Ward is listed at 1, Bay View Road, Colwyn Bay in a directory covering the early 1900s.
I rang the people at 3 Bay View Road who told me that 1 Bay View is now a block of flats.
