ORME of Athboy

Hi

I am following on from information found by my late mother regarding the ORME family of Athboy Co Meath.  This is my first foray into Irish research, so apologies if I get something wrong.

All I have on this family is :-

Catherine ORME born about 1736 dau of Robert and Rose nee O'SULLIVAN

Thomas ORME born about 1740 son of Robert and Rose nee O'SULLIVAN

Both migrated to Australia, married and had families over there.

How would I go about finding exact birth/baptism dates for both Catherine and Thomas and any siblings they may have had?

Any help most gratefully appreciated.
